I really want to take time thank to my dear professor Gwendolyn Dease for all the help and courage you gave me. Thanks to my committees Dr. Weber, Dr. Marcie Ray, and Dr. Callahan for all the great advise. Also, huge thanks to my team Alex Smith, Kathryn Irwin, and William Gerald.
